An ongoing service subscription. 12 initial website payments. The first monthly fee and one-off extras are paid immediately at checkout. No setup fee or additional deposit. That fee covers the first live month; the next is due one month after the agreed launch. After 12 payments, the price drops to hosting and care with its stated update allowance. Continue monthly with 30 days’ notice or request handover without an exit fee.
Domain and renewal are separate and in your name. Spanish and English included in every plan. Extra languages: €1.99/month each, capped at five paid extras (€9.95/month); further chosen languages add no cost, including during care. No translation setup fee. Assisted initial translation of included content, reviewed and approved by the client. Optional basic business email is €4.90/mailbox/month with no setup fee, plus VAT. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and complex migrations are reviewed separately. Legal pages do not use the page allowance; you supply or approve their text.
Update minutes cover existing content and do not roll over. New features, redesigns, shops, booking, email and licences are quoted separately. Monthly SEO and social media management are excluded. Update time is shared across languages. Empresa scope and system integrations are reviewed for your project.

The details matter. It helps to know them before you choose.
Initial design and development, copywriting, hosting, SSL, backups, technical SEO foundations, support and your plan’s monthly content update allowance. Domains, business email, licences, new features and third-party services are separate. Scope and schedule are agreed before you commit.
Yes. After 12 initial payments, the build cost ends: Esencial becomes €49/month, Negocio €79, Pro €119 and Empresa from €179, plus VAT. Hosting, technical care and 15, 30, 60 or 90 monthly update minutes respectively are included. Email, SEO and ads retain their own fees. Continue monthly or request code and content handover without an exit fee.
Your domain and supplied materials are yours from the beginning. After the initial commitment is completed, we hand over the website code and content without an exit fee; new hosting or assisted migration is separate. Third-party licences keep their own terms. Early cancellation requires review of the remaining build balance under the agreement, excluding future undelivered hosting or marketing.
Text, opening hours, photos, contact details and adjustments to existing pages, up to your plan’s minutes. Unused minutes do not roll over. Complex new sections, redesigns, integrations and new functionality are quoted before work begins.
Every website includes technical foundations: titles, descriptions, heading structure, sitemap, indexability and structured data where relevant. Research, content optimisation and monthly Google profile work are part of a separate SEO plan.
Yes. We first review your current website, access and scope. You do not need a new website to enquire about these services. Advertising spend is always paid directly to Google or Meta.
