Andalusia offers €500,000 to firms that hosted trainees
Firms and charities can seek cash for taking trainees on state-funded courses. Public bodies cannot apply, and the claim window ends on 19 November.

The Junta de Andalucía opened a €500,000 fund on 5 November. It will pay firms that took in people on state-paid work courses. Claims close on 19 November 2026.
The cash covers work practice that was not a job. It had to take place in Andalusia. It must have ended from 8 November 2025 to 19 November 2026.
The course linked to each stay had to be paid for by the Junta’s jobs office. The cash goes to the host firm, not to the person who took the course.
Who can claim
A firm can claim if a learner trained at one of its work sites. Charities and other not-for-profit groups can also seek cash.
Each firm must have signed a deal with the course provider. The deal must meet article 6 of the Junta order from 10 November 2021.
State, local and other public bodies cannot apply. The Junta may check this point through its lists of public bodies.
The fund is not a contest between bids. The notice does not state how much each firm may get. It gives the full sum and the rules for a valid claim.
How the cash is split
The full fund is €500,000 for 2026. One budget line has €420,000. A second line has €80,000. Both will pay host firms that meet the rules.
The Junta’s work training office signed the notice on 30 October. BOJA, the official gazette for Andalusia, ran it on 5 November.
The main rules date from 2021. They cover work practice outside a job deal. They also cover grants and help for people who take part in work courses.
This call is only for firms and groups that hosted the work practice. They must meet the date test and send a claim by 19 November.
