The DGT live feed listed 19 roads as closed at 06.01 on Wednesday 4 November. This total did not include roadworks. Four other roads had one carriageway shut.

The longest-running examples in the report included two roads in Málaga province. The MA-7402 near Ronda has been closed since 4 February because the road surface is damaged. The A-7150 near Casares has been shut since 3 February after a rockfall or landslide.

The newest full closure was on the LP-214 near El Paso, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife province. It has been closed since 2 November because of a rockfall or landslide.

At the same time, the feed listed 14 accidents and 45 stopped vehicles. It also showed 303 roadworks, 25 rockfalls or landslides, 19 damaged road surfaces and 17 objects on roads.

Those figures are only a snapshot. Accidents, stopped vehicles and queues can change from minute to minute.

The DGT feed contains little information for Catalonia and none for the Basque Country. Both regions have their own traffic authorities, so the figures do not give a complete count for every road in Spain.
